I will try and post inexpensive and/or easy to prepare meals without spending the big bucks! I got this idea from a conversation I overheard about eating while away in college.

I always thought that if you go to college, you just eat at the cafeteria or places close to campus. I never thought about those that have the capability of cooking in their dorms or apartments.

Anyway, I'll start posting some stuff to give you some ideas on what you can eat without going over budget.
